Words cannot express our deep appreciation and thanks to all of you who have been involved in helping us with our prayer chain for Philip. We all felt your warmth and support all day as we received notes and calls from all over the world. I can tell you that Philip was at his calmest today when we were at his bedside praying for him. We all feel loved and supported by you all.

Patient advocacy: "When a person develops serious illness there is so much to consider beyond what the doctor recommends regarding treatment - issues of family, work, insurance, disability, transportation and more can quickly become overwhelming, making a difficult situation appear insurmountable. But it doesn't have to be that way - working with well-trained, well-informed patient advocates can help people navigate the maze of health-related issues in a way that supports peace, balance, and the opportunity for optimal healing to take place." This book will help you become your own patient advocate.

Hi Janice,
Please let me know how Phillip is coming along. I just finished praying and that was a most beautiful, touching, honest from the heart prayer I think I have ever read. I understand that feeling so much.
I passed the request along to everyone I know including our Prayer Warriors at Saint John Neumann. They all are praying as the request was received this morning. See how great God is? I sent it to Cathy hoping she would get to her e-mails this morning before going to work, and she did!!
I will continue praying for Phillip. We will be looking to hear good news.
Love you,
Vanessa
have sent prayers the whole day.

Dear Phil,
I am so sorry to hear about the whole liver ordeal. Itβs devastating for your family and ours, as well. I have always admired your love for life, which is something that I have been working toward for a long time. I will definitely pray for you and I hope you get well soon.

Dear Randy, Shelly, and Philip:
Abe and I took the beautiful prayer with us, as we had gone out to a restaurant. At exactly 7:00 pm, we said the prayer and then gave it to every one else to say. I know it is going to work as the whole world is now pulling for Philip. These prayers have to be answered.

Joan to sharyn, I surely will do so as I light the last chanukah candle this evening and will continue to keep him in my thoughts and payers.
From my friend from Kentucky for Phil; he is in my thoughts and prayers all day.
I’m thinking of you and saying tehillim every day for Phil. Everyone is pulling for him very hard and I miss you all very, very much.

I am a firm believer that God hears our prayers and responds according to His goodness. I hope Philip is better and his family is comforted, knowing of the prayers that were lifted up for their son.
Sincerely,

Hello to the Sperling Family,
I wish you the very best.
As we celebrate the holiday of Chanukah, the season in which we witnessed many miracles we will continue to pray and create a vessel for the miracles.
The help of Hashem comes as quickly as one blinks his eye.
The power of saying Tehillim is tremendous.
May G-d hear our prayers and send Philip an immediate and complete recovery.
