Most of today was spent with the pump and medication. At 9:00 I mixed the medication and put it in the refrigerator, at 12:30 the nurse came to show me how to change the bandage and at 4:00 we changed the pump. It seems like we could do it all at one time but the medication and pump needs to be done within a certain time each day. These time requirements are very stringent.
Philip’s dear friend from college came in from Atlanta especially to see Philip. Phil is very excited about this visit. They have been talking about some of the college experiences they shared as well as the different students they knew. They talked about what became of some of these students. One of Philip’s fondest memories is when he attended Issy’s Wedding in Houston, Texas. Issy has a wonderful wife and family, and this fact really delights Philip.
i too want to come visit so phil and i can make you goofy, shelly and i can have a political debate and you and i can make potatoe kugel for shabbat dinner and clog the garbage disposal with the potatoe peels.
love you — robbin
Philip, how nice that your college friend came to visit! It is always fun and special to reminisce from those years! I had that opportunity a few years ago.
Randy, I am glad to hear that the pump and medication are doable and there is 24/7 support.
May Hashem bless Pesach Yaakov ben Raiza Pesha and all of you as you continue on this journey to his complete and speedy recovery!
Lots of love and support, Sarah Malka & Larry
Greetings 🙂 Is it OK that I go sort of off the topic? I am tryin to view this post on my new Android phone although it doesn’t display correctly (a few of the navigation areas are almost completely gone), do you have any suggestions? Should I try and find an update for my browser or something? Thank you for the help I hope! Denice x 🙂
I can’t figure out how to subscribe to the comments via my reader . I want to keep up to date on this, how do I do that?
I wanted to say that it’s great to know that somebody else also pointed out this as I had trouble finding the same info somewhere else. This was the first place that told me the answer. Many thanks.
If you could e-mail me with a few suggestions on just how you made your blog look this excellent, I would be grateful.
